Jay D. Livingstone is an American lawyer and politician who has served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives since July 2013.

He was a union factory worker while attending UConn, where he majored in political science and history and graduated with honors.

He attended George Washington School of Law and graduated with high honors.

[5] He currently serves as of counsel at the law firm of The Employee Rights Group, LLP.

[6] Jay Livingstone served as an adjunct professor at Northeastern Law School from August 2009 through June 2013.
