Meghan Kilcoyne is an American politician in Massachusetts representing 12th Worcester district in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

She graduated from Wachusett Regional High School and Stonehill College with a B.A.

[3] Kilcoyne first won election in 2020, defeating Republican Susan E. Smiley and succeeding fellow Democrat Harold Naughton Jr., who she had worked for since 2012.

[5] In 2022, Kilcoyne won reelection over Republican Michael Vulcano, securing 60 percent of the general election vote.
