Jean-Pierre Sohahong-Kombet

Jean-Pierre Sohahong-Kombet (26 March 1935 – 25 January 2017) was a Central African diplomat and politician who served in different diplomatic posts at the Central African Republic embassies and as minister of foreign affairs in 1981.

After the education service was handed over to the Central African government, he became the school inspector.

[2][3] Dacko designated Kombet as the first secretary of the Embassy of the Central African Republic in Washington DC in 1960.

[3] In 1962, he was appointed the Ambassador of Central African Republic to the United States at 27.

[1] Afterward, he served as the Ambassador to Israel and Secretary-general at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1965.
