Jean Le Laboureur (1621 – June 26, 1675) was a French courtier, Roman Catholic clergyman and historian.
[2] Le Laboureur was educated at the Couvent des Célestins in Paris.
[1] In 1644, he assisted Jean-Baptiste Budes, Comte de Guébriant in his trip to Poland, where they took Marie Louise Gonzaga before her marriage to Władysław IV Vasa.
[2] A travel book about the trip authored by Le Laboureur was published posthumously, in 1697.
[1][2] He later served as chaplain and librarian to King Louis XIV of France.
