Jeffrey John Taljard (born 22 April 1987) is a South African rugby union player, currently playing with Romanian SuperLiga side CSM Olimpia București.
He made his first class debut for an East Cape XV (a combination of Border Bulldogs and Mighty Elephants players) in compulsory friendlies prior to the 2008 Currie Cup First Division season.
In 2011, he moved to the SWD Eagles, also playing regularly for the first team.
He joined Romanian SuperLiga side CSM Olimpia București in 2014.
