Jeffrey S. Bivins

Jeffrey S. Bivins (born August 31, 1960)[1] is a justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Bivins received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in 1982 from East Tennessee State University, with a major in political science and a minor in criminal justice.
