Jennifer Monserrate (born 24 March 1970) is an Indian politician who is a three-term member from the Taleigao Assembly constituency of the Goa Legislative Assembly.

She succeeded Rohan Khaunte who was earlier the Minister of Revenue and IT.

She was one of the ten members of Indian National Congress who joined Bharatiya Janata Party in July 2019.

Since 2012, Atanasio and Jennifer are recognized as the first spousal couple in the Goa Legislative Assembly.

[4][5] Since 2022, Goa Legislative Assembly other spousal couples include Michael Lobo and Delilah Lobo, respectively from Calangute and Siolim Constituencies as well as Vishwajit Pratapsingh Rane and Deviya Vishwajit Rane, respectively from Valpoi and Porem constituencies.
