Jenning de Boo (born 22 January 2004) is a Dutch speed skater who specializes in the sprint distances.

De Boo started his career as a short track speed skater.

He competed in the 500m and 1,000m short track events at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics in Lausanne, Switzerland.

[1] At the 2023 World Junior Speed Skating Championships in February 2023 he won the silver medal in the team sprint.

[2] De Boo made his ISU Speed Skating World Cup debut in November 2023 at the Meiji Hokkaido-Tokachi Oval in Japan where he finished tenth in the 1000m race.
