Jens Marcussen (20 May 1926 – 29 January 2007) was a Norwegian politician for the Progress Party.
Marcussen was a member of Dypvåg municipality council in the periods 1951–1955, 1955–1959 and 1959–1960.
He was also a member of Vest-Agder county council, in 1967–1971, 1975–1979 and 1979–1983.
