James Benson Brillheart (September 28, 1903 – September 2, 1972) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball who played between 1922 and 1931 for the Washington Senators (1922–23), Chicago Cubs (1927) and Boston Red Sox (1931).

He played for three different teams in part of four seasons, in which he posted an 8–9 record with 98 strikeouts and a 4.19 ERA in 286 innings pitched.

Brillheart was the first Pulaski County, Virginia-born player to reach the major leagues.

He was inducted into the Pulaski County Baseball Hall Of Fame in 2009.
