On March 13, 2008, Conlon was named the head coach of the Washington University women's soccer team.
On July 30, 2021, Conlon was named the fourth head women's soccer coach at Grand Valley State University.
[5] In just one season with the Lakers he led them to a 24–1–2 record and won the NCAA Division II National Championship.
[6] Following a one-year absence, Conlon returned to Washington University as head coach of the women's soccer program.
