Joseph Richardson (birth registered July→September 1879[1] – 19 November 1904[2]) was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1900s.
He was taken ill while travelling by train to play Hull F.C.
at The Boulevard, Kingston upon Hull on Saturday 5 November 1904, and died 2-weeks later from pleurisy, and pneumonia.
