Johannes Moe

Johannes Moe (24 April 1926 – 19 September 2023) was a Norwegian engineer and research administrator.

Johannes Moe was born in Modalen on 24 April 1926.

He served as president of the Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences from 1993 to 1999.

[1][2] Moe was elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering in 1977 for contributions to structural analyses and optimization with applications to wood and concrete construction and to ship and shell structures.
