John A. D'Arco Jr.

D'Arco Jr. (born October 19, 1944) is a former attorney and Illinois state legislator.

[1] His father John D'Arco Sr. also served in the Illinois General Assembly and was investigated by the United States government involving his relationship with the Chicago Outfit because of Operation GAMBAT, but was never indicted.

D'Arco Jr. was tried and convicted by the United States government of corruption as a result of Operation GAMBAT.
