John Adam Hazelwood (October 28, 1867 – January 8, 1923) was an American lawyer and politician.
[1][2] He studied law and engineering courses at Valparaiso University.
[2] From 1907 to 1911, Hazelwood served in the Wisconsin State Senate and was a Democrat.
[1] Hazelwood served as the chairman of the Wisconsin Highway Commission from its establishment in 1911 to 1922.
[1][2] Hazelwood died at his home on January 8, 1923, in Milwaukee after a six-week illness[4] and was buried in Oconomowoc.
