John Adams (April 9, 1917 – June 1979) was an American basketball player.
He lettered from 1938 to 1941 and led the Razorbacks to the 1941 NCAA Final Four, where they fell to the Washington State Cougars.
[citation needed] Adams was the leading scorer in the tournament, netting 48 points in two games.
[citation needed] After his collegiate career ended, Adams played for the Phillips 66ers in the AAU.
