John George Blencowe (28 February 1817 – 28 April 1900)[1] was a British Liberal Party politician.
[2] Blencowe was the son of Robert Willis Blencowe and Charlotte Elizabeth Poole.
[3] He married Frances Campion, daughter of William John Campion (the younger) and Frances Read Kemp, in July 1857.
[4] Blencowe was also a justice of the peace and deputy lieutenant for Sussex.
