John Cigarini

After graduating from Durham University in 1967, Cigarini became an executive in a large advertising agency, Hobson Bates Ltd.

In 1970, he joined the new commercials production company, Brooks Baker Fulford, later to become BFCS.

[1][2] While Cigarini was at BFCS, the company won over 100 Gold, Silver, and Bronze Lions from the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and the Venice International Advertising Film Festival.

BFCS won the Palme d'Or, given to the top production company, six times.

In June 2014, Cigarini was recognized as an Honorary Citizen of San Leo Bastia in Umbria.
