John J. McNaboe

John J. McNaboe (November 11, 1893 – June 1954) was an American lawyer and politician from New York.

He was born on November 11, 1893, in Newburgh, Orange County, New York.

He was an Assistant New York County District Attorney from 1928 to 1930.

[2] He was Chairman of a Joint Legislative Committee to Investigate Communist activities in 1938–1939.

In 1940, he opposed a third term for President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and offered a resolution, passed by the State Senate, to require Congress to pass anti-third-term legislation.
