John Martin-Dye

[1] He won a silver medal in the 4 × 100 m freestyle relay at the 1962 European Aquatics Championships.

[4] He represented England and won two bronze medals in the 440 yards freestyle relay and the 880 yards freestyle relay, at the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Perth, Western Australia.

[5] Four years later he won another bronze medal in the 440 yards freestyle relay, at the 1966 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Kingston, Jamaica.

He was not only a swimmer, but also competed for Great Britain in water polo.

Around 1966 he moved to Watford where he coaches the local water polo team.
