John Morton (born May 18, 1967) is a retired American professional basketball player and current assistant coach at Saint Peter's University.

At a height of 6′3″ (1.91 m) and 180 pounds (82 kg), he played at the point guard position.

Morton worked as an assistant basketball coach at Fordham in 2010.
