John Olav Egeland

John Olav Egeland (born 2 November 1951) is a Norwegian journalist and editor.

[2] He was a journalist in Orientering from 1973 to 1975,[1] and was the chief editor of Universitas, student newspaper at the University of Oslo, from 1977 to 1978.

[citation needed] In 1978 he was hired as a journalist in Dagbladet.

[1] He grew up and resided in Bærum, and wrote a column for the local newspaper Budstikka until moving to Frogner in 2011.
