John Wingfield (1560–1626) was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons at various times between 1597 and 1626.
[2] He was educated at Westminster School and entered Trinity College, Cambridge in 1578.
[1] John Wingfield's elder brother Robert, of Upton (1558–1609), was MP for Stamford between 1584 and 1604.
[3] John Wingfield died at the age of about 66 and was buried in St Peter's Church, Tickencote.
