Jonatan Berggren

On 20 May 2021, Berggren signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Detroit Red Wings to start his National Hockey League career.

[9] After recording another positive effort in the next game against the Los Angeles Kings, Berggren was promoted to the Red Wings first line.

Once Tyler Bertuzzi returned from injury, Berggren was bumped down to the third line with Joe Veleno and David Perron.

[16] Berggren represented Sweden at the 2018 IIHF World U18 Championships where he recorded five goals and five assists in seven games and won a bronze medal.

He represented Sweden at the 2020 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships where he recorded one goal and four assists in seven games and won a bronze medal.
