Jonathan Henick is an American diplomat who has served as the United States ambassador to Uzbekistan since 2022.

[1][2] Henick is a career member of the Senior Foreign Service with the rank of minister-counselor.

Henick has worked as a fellow and visiting professor at the George Washington University and as a Diplomat-in-Residence at the East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

[3] On May 20, 2022, President Joe Biden announced his intent to nominate Henick to serve as the United States ambassador to Uzbekistan.

[6] On August 4, 2022, his nomination was confirmed in the United States Senate by voice vote.
