Thibaudeau operated the Montreal branch of his older brother Isidore's company until 1895.
Thibaudeau was a member of the first Board of directors, Bell Telephone Company of Canada (Bell Canada) in 1880, the Ontario and Quebec Railway in July 1881, and Northern Electric and Manufacturing Company Limited (Nortel).
She served as the President of the Notre Dame Hospital and was instrumental in raising over $50,000 for the institution.
Miss Juliette La Mothe, a sister of Madame Thibaudeau, was married, in January, 1888, to the Marquis Charles de Bouthillier-Chavigny.
