Joseph Li Liangui (Chinese: 李连贵, born 26 January 1964) is a Chinese Catholic priest and the current bishop of Roman Catholic Diocese of Xianxian.
Li was born on 26 January 1964 in Baixing Village (Chinese: 百姓庄), Xian County, Hebei.
He was then promoted to be the executive vice president of Hebei Major Seminary [zh].
In 1999, Petrus Hou Jingwen, the bishop of Xianxian, died in a car accident.
