Josh Koury (born April 22, 1977) is an American filmmaker, best known for his documentary films Voyeur,[1] Journey to Planet X,[2] We Are Wizards and Standing by Yourself.
Voyeur, starring Gay Talese and Gerald Foos, was globally premiered as a Netflix Original documentary film in December 2017.
[4][5] With Myles Kane and Cris Moris, Koury also co-founded the Brooklyn Underground Film Festival,[6] where he served as programming director for five years.
In addition, he worked for four years from 2004 at the Hamptons International Film Festival as a programmer.
[6] He now works as faculty at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Manhattan, New York.
