Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport

Originally known as Bulawayo International Airport, it was renamed in honour of the late Dr Joshua Nkomo, the leader and founder of the Zimbabwe African People's Union in 2001.

[2][3] Dr Nkomo also served as a Vice President of the Zimbabwe Government.

Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport near the capital sees similar flight traffic.

The offered airport facilities include aircraft parking, cargo and passenger handling.

[4] The new terminal of Joshua Nkomo International Airport was opened on 1 November 2013.
