The Journal of International Dispute Settlement is a peer reviewed quarterly academic journal covering international dispute resolution in a combination of theoretical and practical approaches.

The journal was established in 2010 by Thomas Schultz from King's College London and the University of Geneva, who still serves as its Editor-in-Chief.

It is published by Oxford University Press.
