Juan Clemente Zaragoza Gómez (born October 5, 1959) is a certified public accountant who has been a member of the Puerto Rico Senate since 2021 and served as the former Secretary of Treasury of Puerto Rico.

[1] He graduated at Colegio Nuestra Señora Del Pilar in Río Piedras.

In January 2023 he announced his interest in seeking the PPD candidacy for governor in the 2024 elections.

[2] Juan Zaragoza lost the June 2, 2024 primary elections to Jesús Manuel Ortiz of the PPD, conceding the candidacy for governor after the result was certified by the State Elections Commission.
