Judy Griffin is an American politician and author who represents the 21st district in the New York State Assembly.

[8] In the 2020 New York State Assembly elections, Griffin sought re-election and defeated Republican Patricia Canzoneri-Fitzpatrick.
[9] In the 2022 New York State Assembly elections, Griffin narrowly lost her seat to Curran in a rematch[7] by a margin of 138 votes (50.1% to 49.9%).
[10] Griffin ran for the Assembly again in 2024, winning the Democratic primary by a wide margin[2] and unseating Curran in the general election.
