Jules Hochet

Jules Louis Hochet (17 March 1813 – 2 April 1867) was a French industrialist who managed an iron foundry and a railway line in the south of France.

[3] The council included Antoine Odier (President), Auguste Mimerel (Vice-President), Joseph Périer (Treasurer) and Louis-Martin Lebeuf (Secretary).

In 1878 it was reported that although the establishment was used daily for consultations and pharmacy, it rarely had to be used by sick or wounded Fourchambault workers.

[6] In 1865 his family contributed a large part of the cost of building the Saint-Gabriel Church in the parish of Saint Gabriel.

[8] The Committee had the goals of managing relations between the industry and government, promoting exports and coordinating prices.
