Juli Minoves i Triquell (Catalan pronunciation: [ˈʒuli miˈnɔβəs]; born 15 August 1969) is an Andorran diplomat, author, and the 13th President of Liberal International.
[1] From December 2007 until May 2009 he was Minister of Public Affairs, of Economic Development, Tourism, Culture and Universities.
Minoves is vice president and member of the bureau (twice elected) of Liberal International.
Minoves is currently an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of La Verne in Southern California.
[2] He is the author of multiple works of fiction, among which his novel Segles de Memòria was awarded with the Fiter i Rossell Prize in 1989.
