Justin Downey (born 11 November 1986) is a South African rugby union footballer for Japanese Top East League side Tokyo Gas.
He was included in the Sharks squad for the 2009 Super 14 season and even named on the bench for their match against the Force in Perth, but failed to make an appearance.
[1] Lack of game time saw him move to the Griquas in 2010, where he spent the next three years and made close to fifty appearances.
Downey returned to the Sharks prior to the 2013 Currie Cup Premier Division.
