Jyoti Deshpande is an Indian businesswoman and film producer and former CEO of Viacom 18.
She gave tuitions during college to finance her education and went on to do MBA in 1993, from Mumbai University's SP Jain Institute of Management and Research.

She was a senior management team member that formed the B4U Television Network between 1999 and 2001.
