KMYZ-FM

KMYZ-FM signed on the air in 1969 as KKMA, a country music station located in downtown Pryor, Oklahoma.

KMYZ's studios moved to Tulsa in the early '80s and its format evolved to classic rock by 1985.

KMYZ-FM later evolved into a straight ahead Rock presentation to compete against crosstown Rocker KMOD-FM.

The current on air lineup is The Morning Edge With Josh Venable and Chuck, Slater, Deek and Kenny.

Past performers have included The 1975, Death Cab For Cutie, Phoenix, Weezer, The Smashing Pumpkins Cage The Elephant, Garbage and Young The Giant.
