Kagalnitsky District (Russian: Кагальницкий райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the forty-three in Rostov Oblast, Russia.

It is located in the southwest of the oblast.

The area of the district is 1,370 square kilometers (530 sq mi).
