Kai Locksley

Locksley grew up in Washington, D.C., and attended the Gilman School in Baltimore, Maryland, where he played football and basketball.

[3] He was rated a four-star recruit and initially committed to play college football at Florida State entering his senior season.

[4] Locksley flipped his commitment to the University of Texas shortly before National Signing Day.

[8] Locksley committed to transfer to the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) for his remaining collegiate eligibility.

[14] With the offense struggling early in the 2023 season, head coach Chris Jones turned to Locksley in the third quarter of the team's Week 3 match against the Toronto Argonauts, where he unfortunately fumbled the ball on his first snap which led to another touchdown for the opposition.

[18] On February 3, 2025, Locksley signed with the Memphis Showboats of the United Football League (UFL).
