Kayyngdy (Kyrgyz: Кайыңды; Russian: Каинды, romanized: Kaindy or Каинда Kainda)[2] is a city in the Chüy Region in northern Kyrgyzstan.
[4] It features the railroad station closest to the Kazakhstan border on the north route of the Kyrgyz Railways and is the first town one enters when traveling to Kyrgyzstan by train.
During World War II, in 1942, the Tank Training Centre of the Polish Anders' Army was based in Kayyngdy.
