On August 28, 2018, Correa was traded to the Tennessee Titans for a sixth-round pick in the 2019 NFL draft.

During Week 9 against the Carolina Panthers, Correa recorded his first sack of the season as the Titans lost on the road by a score of 30–20.

Correa finished the regular season with 37 tackles, 5 sacks, two pass deflections, and a fumble recovery.
