Kami Ichijo

Kami Ichijo (Japanese: 神一条教, Hepburn: Kami Ichijōkyō) is a Tenrikyo-based shinshūkyō (Japanese new religion) [1] As with other Tenrikyo-derived religions, the kanrodai is revered in Kami Ichijo.

[2] Kami Ichijō was founded by Yonetani Kuni (米谷クニ) (1889–1974).

She was originally a follower of Tenri Sanrinkō (天理三輪講), which was founded by Katsu Hisano (勝ヒサノ), who himself was originally a Honmichi follower.

The current leader is Nishi Yoshio (西義男).
