It is operated by the private transportation company Hankyu Railway.

Kammaki Station is served by the Hankyu Kyoto Line, and is located 24.9 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Jūsō and 27.3 kilometers from Osaka-umeda.

There is only one ticket gate on the west side of the track, which is located on the ground level.
