Kari Nyquist (October 17, 1918 – April 20, 2011)[1] was a Norwegian ceramist.
She was educated as a ceramist at the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry in Oslo between 1934 and 1938.
From 1955 Nyquist was employed as a freelance artist and designer at Stavangerflint AS, Stavanger, Norway.
A tea set from the mid-1950s with her decorations on the model Utstein designed by Norwegian ceramic and glass designer Eystein Sandnes is represented at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
She has pieces represented at The National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo.
