Bonoff's songs include "Home", covered by Bonnie Raitt, "Tell Me Why" by Wynonna Judd, and "Isn't It Always Love" by Lynn Anderson.

Her family is Jewish, with ancestors from Russia, Hungary, Austria and Germany.
