Karymsky District

Karymsky District (Russian: Кары́мский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[6] district (raion), one of the thirty-one in Zabaykalsky Krai, Russia.

The area of the district is 7,800 square kilometers (3,000 sq mi).

[2] Its administrative center is the urban locality (an urban-type settlement) of Karymskoye.

[1] As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 37,161, with the population of Karymskoye accounting for 35.1% of that number.
