Kashgar Laining International Airport

Kashi Laining International Airport[5][6] (IATA: KHG, ICAO: ZWSH), formerly Kashgar Airport[a] until August 2023,[7] is a dual-use military-civilian airport serving Kashgar (Kashi),[2][7][8] a city in Uyghur autonomous region of Xinjiang in the People's Republic of China.

[3][9] Kashi Laining International Airport opened in October 1953.

[8] The airport resides at an elevation of 4,529 feet (1,380 m) above mean sea level.

It has one runway designated 08/26 with a concrete surface measuring 3,200 by 41 metres (10,499 ft × 135 ft),[2] suitable for serving aircraft such as the Boeing 747-400.
