Katie Rowley Jones (born c. 1978) is a British musical theatre actress, best known for originating the role of Nessarose in the West End production of Wicked.

[1][2] She showed a keen interest in performing but did not begin her professional training until the age of 22, when she went on to study musical theatre at the Guildford School of Acting (GSA).

[3] She attended Bedford High School for Girls and then went on to study at Hills Road Sixth Form College Cambridge.

After at least two years with the company, she played her final performance on 7 June 2008, and was replaced by her understudy, Caroline Keiff.

[5] Katie later returned to the London production of Wicked, taking over the role she originated, Nessarose, from Lillie Flynn.
