Kay McIff

McIff earned his BS from Utah State University where he served as student body vice president.

[2] McIff had five children and lived in Richfield, Utah with his wife, Renee until she died in 2018.

[5] During the 2016 legislative session, Representative Mciff served on the Higher Education Appropriations Subcommittee, the House Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee, and the House Health and Human Services Committee.

He also served on the Native American Legislative Liaison Committee and the State Water Development Commission.
