Kaye Gorenflo Hearn

Kaye Gorenflo Hearn (born January 30, 1950)[1] is a former justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court.

Following her graduation from law school, Hearn clerked for Justice Julius B. Ness of the South Carolina Supreme Court and then practiced law in Horry County, South Carolina.

[2] Hearn also holds honorary degrees from institutions including the Charleston School of Law, Francis Marion University, and the University of South Carolina.

[3][4] Her husband, George M. Hearn, is a former member of the legislature and a family law attorney in town.
